What You’ll Be Doing
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on developing and optimising paid and performance marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and trusted partners to deliver meaningful growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, and Cross-Network), Meta, and TikTok
- Allocating and tracking a six-figure annual marketing budget to maximise ROI
- Analysing performance data and presenting actionable insights to management
- Supporting SEO strategy and driving organic traffic growth
- Leading campaign ideation and providing creative direction for digital assets
- Maintaining robust reporting frameworks and ensuring data integrity
- Exploring emerging digital tools and trends, including AI innovations
About You
This Digital Marketing Manager role would suit someone who thrives in a hands-on, data-driven environment. You’ll have:
- Strong paid media expertise, particularly in Google Ads and Meta
- Proven ability to analyse performance data and act on insights
- Confidence managing substantial budgets and delivering ROI
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- A genuine interest in staying ahead of digital marketing trends
