E-commerce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join a busy and growing team. This role plays an important part in managing the end-to-end online customer journey, ensuring orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved proactively, and deliveries are completed on time.

Acting as a key point of contact for online operations and customer experience, you will work closely with internal teams including warehouse, transport, and commercial functions to deliver a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to support online sales growth.

  • Manage and optimise website product listings, pricing, and promotional activity.

  • Review digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising) to improve traffic and conversion rates.

  • Build strong working relationships with customers, delivery partners, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to maximise ROI and enhance the customer journey.

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and work with external vendors or platform partners when required.

  • Produce accurate and timely reports to track performance and identify opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics, or customer journey management.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Confident using ERP systems (such as SAP) and Excel for order management, reporting, and analysis.

  • A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within a retail supply chain, home delivery environment, or manufacturing setting would be advantageous.
