We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to join a busy and growing team. This role plays an important part in managing the end-to-end online customer journey, ensuring orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved proactively, and deliveries are completed on time.
Acting as a key point of contact for online operations and customer experience, you will work closely with internal teams including warehouse, transport, and commercial functions to deliver a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to support online sales growth.

Manage and optimise website product listings, pricing, and promotional activity.

Review digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising) to improve traffic and conversion rates.

Build strong working relationships with customers, delivery partners, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.

Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and implement improvements to maximise ROI and enhance the customer journey.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.

Lead cross-functional collaboration and work with external vendors or platform partners when required.

Produce accurate and timely reports to track performance and identify opportunities.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics, or customer journey management.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident using ERP systems (such as SAP) and Excel for order management, reporting, and analysis.

A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within a retail supply chain, home delivery environment, or manufacturing setting would be advantageous.
