We’re looking for a technically confident Ecommerce Executive who enjoys problem-solving, improving online journeys, and working closely with marketing and external development partners.
This Ecommerce Executive role would suit someone digitally savvy – perhaps an IT or Marketing graduate, or an Ecommerce Assistant/Associate ready for the next step. If you’re confident using Magento 2, comfortable handling data, and enjoy being the link between technical teams and marketing, this could be a brilliant move for you.
Based at the Head Office in Woore, this is a hands-on, varied position where your technical skills will make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Ecommerce Executive, you’ll play a key role in keeping the website running smoothly and looking its best. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving website issues alongside external development agencies
- Creating and maintaining product and content pages
- Uploading datasheets and making products live
- Enabling and disabling products as required
- Implementing promotional updates and adjustments
- Updating website layouts, including banners and on-page content
- Creating and editing enquiry pages
- Testing website pages and online forms
- Managing customer account settings, discount levels, and related details
- Using Microsoft Excel to manipulate CSV files and manage product data
This Ecommerce Executive role is not a developer position, but you will need a solid technical foundation and confidence working within a bespoke Magento 2 environment.
About You
To succeed as an Ecommerce Executive, you’ll need:
- Strong working knowledge of Magento 2(essential)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, including manipulating CSV files (essential)
- A technically minded, IT-focused approach
- Confidence liaising with external agencies and technical teams
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn bespoke systems
This role would suit someone digitally literate, technically proficient, and eager to build a long-term career in ecommerce.
