We are looking for a proactive Ecommerce Specialist to join a busy team responsible for managing the end-to-end online customer journey. This role is key to ensuring orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved promptly, and deliveries are completed on time, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth.

Manage and optimise website product listings, pricing, and promotions.

Monitor digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads) to increase traffic and conversions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, transport partners, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication.

Analyse sales performance data and implement strategies to improve ROI and customer experience.

Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage external vendors or platform partners.
Skills & Experience:

Experience in e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics, or customer journey management.

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Confident using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel for order management, reporting, and analysis.

Proactive and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within retail supply chain, home delivery, or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
