We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically competent Engineering Data Administrator to support engineering and production teams by managing, maintaining, and optimising data across internal systems. This role is central to ensuring data control, accuracy, and consistency, helping the business operate efficiently and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update product data across internal databases and ERP systems.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of product attributes, descriptions, pricing, categorisation, and bills of materials (BOMs).

Collaborate with technical, production, supply chain, and marketing teams to validate and gather product information.

Monitor data quality, perform audits, and correct discrepancies.

Generate reports and insights to support business decision-making and performance tracking.

Troubleshoot data-related issues and liaise with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.

Assist in the implementation, development, and improvement of data management systems and tools.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data requirements and procedures.
