Location: Woore (transport required due to location and lack of public transport routes) 
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a motivated and solutions-focused individual to join a busy sales support team, helping customers get the right products for their needs while ensuring every interaction builds lasting relationships. What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing accurate, timely quotations tailored to customer requirements
  • Advising on product selection to ensure the best fit for each project
  • Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty
  • Liaising with internal teams, area sales managers, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Monitoring sales margins to maintain profitability
  • Feeding back market insights and trends to support future planning
  • Using CRM and other software tools effectively to manage data and processes
  • Coordinating with procurement to ensure products meet required standards
  • Identifying personal training needs to support career development

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, technical sales, or customer service role (ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment)
  • Understanding of pumps, pipework, or pressure systems is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and confident using software systems
  • Organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive approach to spotting new business opportunities
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
