As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be supporting clients across the North of England, visiting customer sites to carry out maintenance, repairs, and operator training on specialist equipment. A company vehicle will be provided to support your travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair hydraulic, electrical, and battery-powered machinery
• Commission new machinery and train end users on safe and effective operation
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers
• Liaise with internal teams to prioritise workload and report service activity
• Accurately complete documentation and manage admin tasks effectively
• Use digital systems to plan and record service schedules

About You:

• Proven experience in field service or mechanical/electrical maintenance
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and machinery repair
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft Office
• Positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence is essential
