This role would suit someone who enjoys variety in their day, solving technical problems, travelling to customer sites, and delivering excellent service while working independently.

A little bit about the role:

• Respond to customer service requests promptly and professionally.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK to carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical faults and provide effective solutions.
• Complete in-house workshop repairs when required.
• Provide remote technical support to customers where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and CRM updates.
• Manage workload effectively to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar engineering role.
• Strong electro-mechanical fault-finding and repair experience.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Able to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Flexible to travel regularly across the UK.
• Commercially aware and confident identifying sales leads would be advantageous.
