Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Administrator, you will:
- Processing Financial documentation
- Ensure records are kept up to date and accurate
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Assist with reporting
- Assist with cashes payment system; making charges, chasing payments and creating accounts
- Supporting with placing orders for goods and services
- Cover administrative duties including reception and telephone calls
Ideal Candidate Profile
To be successful in this Temporary Finance Administrator role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of invoicing and reconciliations
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
