Experienced Commercial Fitter
Location: Stoke-on-Trent (with national travel)
Working Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (early starts and late finishes required)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience (per annum)

We’re looking for someone confident with site installations, comfortable solving fitting issues on-site, and familiar with scribing. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, variety in your work, and the chance to travel for exciting fit-out projects – this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing high-quality, bespoke joinery and interior fittings on commercial sites
• Interpreting technical drawings and project plans with accuracy
• Using hand and power tools confidently and safely
• Preparing materials and maintaining organised, clean work areas
• Applying finishing touches with attention to detail
• Resolving fitting issues independently on-site
• Travelling across the UK, with occasional overnight stays as required

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in site-based fitting or commercial joinery
• Confident with scribing and complex fitting tasks
• Solid understanding of construction site health and safety
• Able to interpret drawings and take initiative to resolve challenges
• Holds a full UK Driving Licence
• Willing and able to travel and stay away when necessary
