Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Contract: Fixed term maternity cover – 12 months
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and love working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Fleet Services Executive to join our friendly and supportive client in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring their fleets run smoothly — providing first-class support to drivers, managing customer queries, and helping them meet their service-level commitments. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the customer inbox and daily workflows to meet agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Building strong relationships with clients and key contacts to ensure seamless communication.
• Handling customer enquiries and escalations, focusing on positive resolutions.
• Maintaining accurate data and completing audits to ensure vehicles comply with regulations.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and ensuring all client contracts are delivered effectively.
• Collaborating closely with your manager and team to improve processes and service delivery.

About you:

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have strong customer service or administrative experience
• Are confident with MS Office, especially Excel
• Enjoy working in a busy environment and can meet deadlines independently.
• Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Can stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
