We are recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Sales Support to join a dynamic and supportive team based in Stone. This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent French speaker who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service across both UK and French-speaking markets.

As a French Speaking Customer Sales Support, you will play a key role in ensuring customer enquiries, orders, and requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally. You will act as a key point of contact for French-speaking customers while also supporting wider sales and service processes across the business.

This French Speaking Customer Sales Support role would suit someone who is proactive, highly organised, and confident communicating in both French and English within a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of French Speaking Customer Sales Support, your duties will include:

• Managing and monitoring the dedicated French customer service mailbox, ensuring queries are handled promptly and accurately
• Qualifying incoming sales leads before passing them to the sales team
• Processing customer orders accurately within agreed timescales, ensuring timely updates are provided
• Communicating with both French and English-speaking customers in a professional and clear manner
• Handling customer enquiries such as delivery updates, document requests, and general order information
• Managing credits, returns, and complaints, ensuring all cases are logged correctly and resolved efficiently
• Supporting warranty and service-related requests, ensuring all necessary information is captured for resolution
• Liaising with warehouse teams and customers to arrange EX Works shipments and collections
• Ensuring all orders and enquiries comply with export regulations and internal policies
• Answering customer phone calls within agreed response times and delivering excellent service standards
• Escalating significant complaints or issues to the Customer Experience Manager when required
• Providing cover for the Key Accounts mailbox when needed
• Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Service to ensure smooth processes
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience

What We’re Looking For

The successful French Speaking Customer Sales Support will have:

• Fluent French language skills (including business-level communication)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
• A strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable, with full training provided
