Key Responsibilities:

As a Front of House Professional, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming workspace
• Setting up and clearing down premium client areas including the boardroom, meeting rooms, and auditorium
• Conducting daily checks within the client suite to ensure it meets company standards
• Collaborating with the Front of House Manager to coordinate meetings and events
• Keeping desks, floors, and communal areas tidy in line with clear desk and housekeeping policies
• Performing regular floor walks and monitoring tea point cleanliness
