We are seeking a skilled Furniture Sprayer to join our team, responsible for applying high-quality finishes to wooden furniture. The role involves preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints, stains, and lacquers, and ensuring each piece meets company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a steady hand, and experience with spray equipment in a production or workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare furniture surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking areas as required.

• Mix and apply paints, stains, lacquers, and other finishes using spray guns and other equipment.

• Ensure consistency and quality of finishes across all items.

• Inspect completed pieces for defects and carry out touch-ups when necessary.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with health and safety regulations.

• Monitor paint supplies and report stock requirements to supervisors.

• Work efficiently within production schedules to meet deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in furniture spraying, painting, or wood finishing.

• Knowledge of different types of wood finishes and spray techniques.

• Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Understanding of health and safety procedures in a workshop environment.
