Key Responsibilities

As our HR Administrator / Receptionist, you’ll be:

  • Supporting the HR team with onboarding and maintaining employee records
  • Assisting with recruitment administration and minute-taking in meetings
  • Providing a warm, professional welcome to visitors at the reception desk
  • Managing general reception duties including calls, emails, and queries
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and filing to keep everything running smoothly

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and HR systems (training can be provided)
  • A professional, approachable manner – you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees alike
