Looking for your next step in HR within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

We’re looking for a proactive and organised HR Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and wants to be hands-on across all areas of HR.

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations across a manufacturing/production setting. You’ll be involved in everything from onboarding new starters to supporting disciplinary processes and helping managers with general HR queries.

Key Responsibilities – HR Coordinator

  • Support with employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and investigations
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates
  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR systems accurately
  • Respond to general HR queries from managers and employees in a timely and professional manner
  • Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • Work closely with managers to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
  • Help promote best practice across the manufacturing/production environment

About You – Ideal HR Coordinator

  • Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role
  • Essential experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational setting
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous
