Key Responsibilities

Key Skills & Experience

Proven HR generalist experience, ideally at a senior or management level.

CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

Hands-on approach with experience in strategic planning and operational delivery.
