Are you confident on the phone, organised, and great with customers? We're recruiting an Internal Sales Representative for a well-established manufacturer based in Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing enquiries, and seeing the sales process through from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotes accurately using ERP (SAP) and CRM (HubSpot) systems
- Scheduling calls and meetings with new and existing customers to drive engagement and sales
- Processing orders and keeping customers updated throughout their journey
- Supporting the wider team by sharing customer insights and feedback
- Keeping detailed and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in internal sales or a customer service-based role
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a bonus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive mindset with a sense of urgency and focus on customer satisfaction
