What you'll be doing:

As a Joinery Operative, you’ll play a key role in creating and finishing door frames to a high standard. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assembling door frames with precision
• Fitting locks, hinges, handles, and gaskets
• Prepping and finishing frames to meet specifications
• Ensuring all components are securely fitted and functional
• Supporting the team to maintain quality and efficiency

• Experienced with basic joinery or similar hands-on work
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
