Key Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all logistics and transport activities run efficiently and accurately. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Planning and organising deliveries with couriers, hauliers, and third-party providers
  • Producing proof of delivery and managing import/export documentation
  • Maintaining accurate transport and logistics records
  • Managing supplier invoices and processing purchase orders
  • Investigating and resolving operational queries
  • Conducting supplier reviews and managing logistics non-conformance
  • Raising claims with hauliers and liaising with sites to confirm delivery requirements
  • Supporting other departments with operational and administrative tasks
  • Upholding high standards of health and safety across all logistics processes

About You:

You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal Logistics Coordinator will have:

  • Previous experience in transport planning or logistics administration
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Confidence to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with stock control systems and import/export procedures (desirable)
