Were currently recruiting for multiple Manufacturing Operatives to join our clients growing team at their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Stoke-on-Trent . These are full-time, permanent positions with immediate starts available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all health & safety procedures and report any hazards or defects
- Carry out product quality checks in line with ISO and SOP requirements
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety in your work area
- Collaborate with your team to ensure production targets are met
- Operate hand tools, air/power tools, and measuring tools (1mm tolerance)
- Read and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Take responsibility for work progress and quality
- Engage in feedback and continuous improvement processes
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced production environment
- A strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail
- Skilled in using tools and measuring equipment
- Physically able to lift and move materials safely
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
