We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team and take ownership of marketing communications across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage a small team, and enjoys delivering strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop a Marketing Co-ordinator, including setting objectives and conducting regular 1-to-1s.

  • Plan, brief, and implement marketing communications for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns across trade and consumer channels.

  • Maintain marketing systems and databases to ensure key activity is tracked, monitored, and reviewed.

  • Work closely with commercial colleagues to create and implement strategic marketing plans for key customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade press and external partners to increase brand visibility.

  • Analyse competitor activity and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Create and manage marketing and brand assets for multiple sales channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Oversee the development of product training materials, promotional collateral, photography, and instore activation materials.

  • Manage entries to relevant product awards and ensure all marketing materials reflect brand values and guidelines.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting creativity, integrity, and collaboration across all marketing activities.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally managing a small team.

  • Strong experience developing and implementing strategic marketing plans across multiple channels.

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive, creative, and able to analyse marketing performance to inform strategy.

  • Confident using CRM, marketing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
