We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team and take ownership of marketing communications across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage a small team, and enjoys delivering strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop a Marketing Co-ordinator, including setting objectives and conducting regular 1-to-1s.

Plan, brief, and implement marketing communications for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns across trade and consumer channels.

Maintain marketing systems and databases to ensure key activity is tracked, monitored, and reviewed.

Work closely with commercial colleagues to create and implement strategic marketing plans for key customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with trade press and external partners to increase brand visibility.

Analyse competitor activity and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Create and manage marketing and brand assets for multiple sales channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Oversee the development of product training materials, promotional collateral, photography, and instore activation materials.

Manage entries to relevant product awards and ensure all marketing materials reflect brand values and guidelines.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting creativity, integrity, and collaboration across all marketing activities.
Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally managing a small team.

Strong experience developing and implementing strategic marketing plans across multiple channels.

Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Proactive, creative, and able to analyse marketing performance to inform strategy.

Confident using CRM, marketing systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
