Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business generation through a full mix of marketing channels
- Monitor and enhance website performance for both UX and lead generation, working closely with a digital agency
- Develop and implement a results-driven SEO strategy in collaboration with partners
- Manage and optimise PPC and other paid advertising campaigns
- Deliver marketing performance reports to both the sales team and senior stakeholders
- Leverage HubSpot CRM for email marketing, automation, and workflow optimisation
- Create high-quality blog content and digital case studies
- Oversee social media strategy and content, with support from a Marketing Executive
- Coordinate project photography and case studies to enhance brand storytelling
- Manage event presence at trade shows and explore new business development opportunities
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys by phone or email
- Produce regular competitor and market analysis reports
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, with strong digital expertise
- Proficient in SEO, PPC, website content creation, and CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
- Confident in analysing and reporting on campaign data
- Excellent writing skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Competent with social media for business use
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Collaborative and personable, able to build strong relationships with sales and leadership teams
- Holds a full UK driving licence and willing to travel occasionally
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience planning and coordinating exhibitions or trade events
- Photography and visual content creation skills
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Exposure to market research and competitor analysis
