What you’ll be doing:

As the Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering marketing activity across the business, with a focus on digital. You’ll also provide occasional support to the customer service team during peak times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
• Managing the company’s digital presence, including website updates, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media
• Creating engaging content for various platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance to inform future activity
• Assisting the customer service team during busy periods to ensure excellent client support

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in a similar Marketing Specialist or digital marketing role
• Is confident with tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS systems
• Brings creativity and an analytical mindset to marketing projects
• Is organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
