We are looking for a commercially minded and strategic National Account Manager to join a busy and ambitious sales team. This is a pivotal role for an experienced account manager who enjoys managing key national accounts, driving revenue and margin growth, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple channels.

Manage and develop an existing portfolio of national accounts, delivering targeted revenue and margin growth.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with key account stakeholders.

Develop and implement account strategies that align with both short-term performance and long-term growth objectives.

Identify new business opportunities across retail, premium, and eCommerce channels, including exploring own-label possibilities.

Manage account planning, forecasting, and commercial decision-making to optimise revenue, margin, and operational capabilities.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure product ranges, packaging, and distribution meet operational and commercial requirements.

Act as an ambassador for the company, its brands, and product ranges.

Contribute to strategic planning and the wider sales leadership team, ensuring objectives are met.

Analyse account performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide reports and insights for senior management.
Essential

Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing national or key accounts.

Proven ability to work independently and manage accounts across a wide geographical region.

Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue and margin growth.

Highly effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Experience in field sales, B2B account management, or commercial sales roles.
