This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with systems, Excel reporting, and coordinating with multiple teams to deliver accurate, timely results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly vehicle and service reports using multiple systems.
- Pull, analyse, and format data for internal reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide a detailed full-service provider report monthly, reviewing service history over several months.
- Monitor and manage an on-call inbox for customer breakdowns, allocating requests to the correct department.
- Collaborate with the European team to coordinate processes, post budgets, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and organisation when handling heavy Excel reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience working with multiple systems and managing data/reporting processes.
- Strong Excel skills and an ability to work with large data sets.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, particularly when coordinating across teams.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate reports.
