Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–4:30pm | Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a new opportunity with an established and reputable company?
Our client, based in Stoke-on-Trent, is expanding their team and is looking for a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer to join their production operation.

The Role

As a Paint Sprayer, you will play an important role in ensuring products are finished to a consistently high standard. You will be responsible for preparing materials, carrying out spraying work and completing quality checks throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare products and surfaces ready for painting and spraying.
• Carry out paint spraying to a high-quality finish.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards.
• Operate a range of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Work both independently and as part of a wider team.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a paint spraying.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• The ability to work accurately and consistently.
• Good knowledge of paint spraying processes and equipment.
• A reliable and positive attitude.
• The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• A good understanding of workplace health and safety.
