Part time Sales Ledger Clerk

Are you an experienced Sales Ledger professional looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced and growing business?

We are recruiting for a Part Time Sales Ledger Clerk to join a thriving  company. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will play a key role in managing the Part Time Sales Ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

What’s on Offer?
  • Location: Stoke-on-Trent
  • Hours: 3 days a week (can be flexible) 
  • Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum pro rata
  • Pension Scheme

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles
  • Process invoices for various cost centers
  • Handle inter-company recharges
  • Resolve invoice queries and respond to related enquiries

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of S ales Ledger processes
  • Proficiency in IT systems and finance software
  • A proactive and organised approach to work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve invoice queries efficiently
  • Experience working in a fast-paced finance environment
