Parts Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and organised Parts Coordinator to support our production and quality teams. In this role, you will manage non-conforming and subcontract components, ensuring they are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved within our ERP system. Your work will directly support production continuity, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and manage non-conforming parts using the Corrective Action Request (CAR) process, including quarantine, resolution, and communication with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records and traceability within the ERP system, including stock transfers, inventory adjustments, and cost recovery
  • Coordinate returns to suppliers and manage subcontract component administration with timely system updates
  • Work closely with procurement, production, and quality teams to provide updates and resolve issues efficiently
  • Support general parts administration, including warehouse queries and deputising for the Service Parts Coordinator when needed
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal processes

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience using ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and familiarity with quality management processes
  • Understanding of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, parts administration, or a manufacturing environment is desirable
