- Support year-end payroll, including P60s and P11Ds where applicable.
- Answer employee payroll queries and explain pay and deductions clearly.
- Keep payroll records accurate, confidential and GDPR compliant.
- Look after holiday records on the Timetastic system, company workwear (stock, ordering and supplier contact), filing and document control, and meeting scheduling and minute-taking.

- A good working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.

- Confidence with numbers, strong attention to detail and solid Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using payroll software.
- Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to finding better ways of working.
- Experience of running a payroll from start to finish, plus a background in HR, finance or business administration, would be a real advantage.

- Salary of £15,000 per year for 20 hours per week.
- Permanent, part-time position.
- 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown (pro rata for part-time).
