We are looking for two reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join a small, friendly team in Uttoxeter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has good attention to detail, and is keen to learn new skills within a supportive production environment.

A little bit about the role

• Carry out a range of production tasks using hand tools.

• Use a glue gun for assembly and finishing work.

• Follow production processes, work instructions, and health & safety procedures at all times.

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work area.

• Work collaboratively as part of a small team to meet production targets.

Training Provided:

• Comprehensive Health & Safety training.

• Harness safety training for working at height.

Essential:

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role (not essential as full training will be provided).
