We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on operating machinery, supporting production, and contributing to a safe and efficient workplace. The position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

A little bit about the role:

• Operate various production machinery to produce finished products to a high standard.

• Use a counterbalance forklift truck daily to support production activities.

• Work proactively with managers, supervisors, and colleagues to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures at all times.

• Maintain a flexible approach and adapt to changing priorities as required.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence is essential.

• Strong focus on safety and working in compliance with SHE legislation.

• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support others.

• Reliable and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
