Product Sales Advisor
Location: Stoke on Trent
Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum DOE

Our client is a well-established organisation that works across both the public and private sectors, supplying a broad range of products and services. Their customers include local authorities, contractors, and educational institutions. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking for a Product Sales Advisor to join one of their specialist divisions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with warm leads, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment — without the pressure of cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare written quotations using the in-house CRM system to offer competitive solutions.
- Closing orders using written and verbal communication, selling from market leading products and services.
- Provide technical advice to help customers choose the right products.
- Build strong client relationships through high-quality service and product knowledge.
- Support repeat business and incoming enquiries from marketing activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations and delivery timelines.
Please note: This role involves no cold calling. All quotes are generated through marketing and existing customer relationships. This is more of a customer focused role than sales.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand tender documents.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Confident in negotiating and spotting growth opportunities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and proficient in general IT tools.
