What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out on-site visits to assess customer needs and identify the best-fit solution
- Deliver live or virtual product demonstrations tailored to the client's environment
- Support the setup and configuration of equipment to meet specific customer requirements
- Provide hands-on technical support during and after installation
- Train end users and colleagues on product usage and safety best practices
- Maintain detailed records of visits, feedback, and demonstration outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing improvement and innovation
Ideal candidate profile:
- Experience in a technical, product support, or application-based role
- Confident with mechanical or electrical systems and quick to grasp new technologies
- A natural communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Logical thinker with good problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel across the UK in a field-based role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Full UK driving licence
Bonus points for:
- A technical qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ Level 3)
- Previous experience working with configurable or industrial equipment
- Knowledge of operational environments such as manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics
