We are recruiting for a Production Assembly Operative in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on building and assembling high-quality products in a supportive and team-focused environment. The position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

A little bit about the role:

• Fully assemble products to high quality and safety standards, ensuring tasks are completed on time.

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings to assemble mechanical components accurately.

• Adhere to 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• Assemble and kit components to ensure all parts required for assembly are ready.

• Maintain a safe working environment, following all health and safety policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is essential.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings for mechanical assembly.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure all work is precise and accurate.

• Proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work well in a team and take ownership of tasks.

• Reliable commute to Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
