We are looking for reliable and hands-on Production / Assembly Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment.

You will be involved in the assembly and preparation of products, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately and to the required quality standards. This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands and being part of a busy production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling and preparing products in line with production requirements
• Using a range of hand and power tools
• Following instructions and production processes accurately
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Completing basic production and quality records
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
• Reporting any faults, damaged parts or equipment issues to a supervisor
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working area
• Following all health and safety procedures and company guidelines
• Supporting colleagues across the production area when required

About You

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment is desirable
• Good attention to detail and a practical approach to work
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to follow instructions and work to set processes
• Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Safety-conscious with a positive attitude
• Flexible and willing to support different areas of production
