Looking for a hands-on production role with long-term opportunities?

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous production or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable role with full training provided.

About the Role

Working as part of a production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery and supporting the manufacturing and filling process. You will work to high standards of quality and safety while helping to keep the production area clean, organised and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate specialised production machinery safely and effectively.
  • Fill and handle 5-litre containers within the production area.
  • Ensure products are manufactured and stored to the required quality standards.
  • Follow all health, safety and compliance procedures consistently.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
  • Work closely with line managers to identify and support improvements to processes.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout production duties.
  • Escalate any issues or concerns promptly when required.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • A strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
  • Good numerical, reading and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
  • A reliable and flexible attitude with good attendance.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and willingness to learn.
  • A proactive approach and confidence to raise issues when necessary.
  • The ability to work comfortably in a busy industrial environment.
