Are you an experienced Project CAD Coordinator with a strong background in mechanical AutoCAD drawings? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing Pumping Stations department, where your work will directly support adoptable pumping station projects from design through to approval.

This Project CAD Coordinator role would suit someone who enjoys coordinating technical drawings, managing design updates, and working closely with engineers, clients, and site teams. Key Responsibilities – Project CAD Coordinator

As a Project CAD Coordinator, you will be responsible for producing, managing, and coordinating technical drawing packages. Your duties will include:

• Creating detailed 2D AutoCAD mechanical drawings for adoptable pumping stations
• Converting quoted and outline designs into fully compliant technical drawing packs
• Coordinating drawing submissions for approval and managing revisions through to final sign-off
• Liaising with clients, local water authorities, and internal engineering teams
• Supporting TT site teams with technical drawings and mechanical input
• Ensuring all designs meet Design Construction Guidance (DCG) and local authority specifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a Project CAD Coordinator who combines technical expertise with strong coordination skills. You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience producing 2D AutoCAD mechanical drawings
• A mechanical engineering background or relevant technical experience
• Experience within pumping stations, water, wastewater, or utilities (highly advantageous)
• Knowledge of Local Water Authority specifications and Design Construction Guidance
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage drawing amendments
• Confident communication skills to support clients and site-based teams
