We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer to join a busy project team and provide essential administrative and coordination support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
A little bit about the role
- Compile, log, send, and receive all project documentation including data books, design packs, change control requests, BOMs, variation quotations, and resource requests
- Carry out project administration tasks including photocopying, binding, filing, and general ad-hoc support to Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Raise procurement requests as instructed and update material delivery dates in line with project requirements
- Participate in project update meetings and take minutes when required
- Coordinate subcontractors, third parties, design approvers, and appraisers to ensure purchase orders and delivery/completion dates are up to date
- Organise project meetings including booking rooms and sending invites
- Liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle incoming calls and act as a key point of contact for travel and accommodation arrangements within assigned projects
