What you'll be doing:
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your main responsibilities will include:
- Accurately producing and processing purchase invoices using an Excel-based system
- Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams
- Ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate purchase ledger records
- Supporting the wider finance function as needed
