What you’ll be doing:
- Processing supplier invoices quickly and accurately
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing and processing regular payment runs
- Managing supplier accounts and handling queries professionally
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks when required
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or in a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and colleagues
- Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
