Salary: From £55,000 per annum | Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly motivated QHSE Manager to lead safety, quality, and environmental initiatives across our business. Key Responsibilities:

As QHSE Manager, you will:

  • Develop and implement the company-wide QHSE strategy, reporting directly to the Board.
  • Maintain and enhance ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 accreditations and oversee multi-site audits.
  • Promote a “Right First Time” approach to reduce defects, rework, and delays while improving customer satisfaction.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions for quality and safety issues.
  • Champion a visible safety culture through behaviour-based safety programmes and active staff engagement.
  • Drive environmental initiatives to reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and minimise the company’s impact.
  • Build QHSE capability across teams, fostering a high-performance, compliance-focused culture.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven QHSE leadership experience in manufacturing and/or construction.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, and environmental performance.
  • Experience managing ISO systems and leading complex audits.
  • Chartered IOSH status or NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Excellent influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels from shop floor to Boardroom.
  • A natural change leader, with the ability to embed high standards across the business.
