We are seeking a highly motivated QHSE Manager to lead safety, quality, and environmental initiatives across our business. Key Responsibilities:
As QHSE Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement the company-wide QHSE strategy, reporting directly to the Board.
- Maintain and enhance ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 accreditations and oversee multi-site audits.
- Promote a “Right First Time” approach to reduce defects, rework, and delays while improving customer satisfaction.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions for quality and safety issues.
- Champion a visible safety culture through behaviour-based safety programmes and active staff engagement.
- Drive environmental initiatives to reduce waste, improve energy efficiency, and minimise the company’s impact.
- Build QHSE capability across teams, fostering a high-performance, compliance-focused culture.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven QHSE leadership experience in manufacturing and/or construction.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, and environmental performance.
- Experience managing ISO systems and leading complex audits.
- Chartered IOSH status or NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
- Excellent influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels from shop floor to Boardroom.
- A natural change leader, with the ability to embed high standards across the business.
