About the Role:
Recruitment Resourcer -Project Support – (High-Volume Hiring)
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruitment Resourcer
to support a major recruitment project involving the direct placement of over 100 candidates across a 4-6-month period. This role is critical to ensuring we deliver outstanding service, a strong candidate experience, and full compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Type: Temporary fixed term, potential to go perm
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (pro rata)

The successful candidate will be responsible for searching, sourcing, screening, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating compliance checks, and supporting candidates through face-to-face meetings and assessment days.
The role can be offered on a part-time or full-time basis, however, flexibility is essential to accommodate candidate availability, including attending face-to-face meetings and assessment days where required.
Key Responsibilities:
Search and Source Candidates:
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and direct outreach.
- Manage job adverts and proactively build talent pipelines ahead of assessment days.
Screening:
- Conduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability against role specifications.
- Manage candidate expectations and provide detailed information about roles and onboarding requirements.
Candidate Management:
- Handle all incoming applications promptly and professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Compliance and Administration:
- Complete full compliance checks including right to work, proof of ID, and qualification verifications.
- Conduct thorough reference checks for all candidates prior to offer stage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our CRM system.
Assessment Day Coordination:
- Support the preparation and delivery of client assessment days.
- Liaise with candidates and clients to coordinate logistics, communication, and documentation.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Recruitment Lead on sourcing activity, candidate pipeline, and project progress.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role (agency or internal).
- Strong experience in high-volume recruitment environments is desirable.
- Confident in direct sourcing via social media, job boards, databases, and networking.
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Experience conducting compliance checks and reference verification.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
