As a Recruitment/HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day administration, recruitment coordination, and employee support. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to build valuable experience in HR and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment/HR Administrator

  • Respond to and assist with basic HR queries from employees
  • Support recruitment activities, including liaising with agencies, reviewing CVs, and arranging interviews
  • Upload new starter information onto the HR system accurately
  • Maintain electronic HR files to a high standard of organisation and accuracy
  • Manage absence records in line with company policies and procedures
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on HR processes, policies, and procedures
  • Assist the HR team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Monitor and respond to incoming HR-related emails

Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed as a Recruitment/HR Administrator, you’ll be someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working in a busy HR or recruitment role
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and professional conduct
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
