We are seeking a professional and organised Sales Administrator
to join a busy team supporting Business Development Managers and customers. This role is key in ensuring smooth pre- and post-sales administration, providing excellent customer service, and supporting internal teams.
A little bit about the role
- Process sales quotes and orders accurately
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and in person, handling queries professionally
- Maintain up-to-date records in documentation and computer systems
- Liaise effectively with internal departments to provide accurate information
- Support senior sales administrators with daily tasks
- Organise the showroom and refreshments for customer visits
- Carry out general administration duties as required
Getting to Know You
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Adaptable, with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure
