Sales Administrator

We are seeking a professional and organised Sales Administrator to join a busy team supporting Business Development Managers and customers. This role is key in ensuring smooth pre- and post-sales administration, providing excellent customer service, and supporting internal teams.

A little bit about the role

  • Process sales quotes and orders accurately
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and in person, handling queries professionally
  • Maintain up-to-date records in documentation and computer systems
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments to provide accurate information
  • Support senior sales administrators with daily tasks
  • Organise the showroom and refreshments for customer visits
  • Carry out general administration duties as required

Getting to Know You

  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Adaptable, with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure
