Sales Administrator – Crewe (£26,000 per annum)

Full-time, 36.25 hours per week – Manufacturing & Engineering Sector

Are you a detail-driven and proactive administrator who loves supporting customers and keeping things running smoothly? Join a well-established manufacturer in Crewe, where you’ll be part of a small, supportive sales team that values accuracy, teamwork, and great communication.

This Sales Administrator role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety – from managing customer enquiries to processing orders and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales and purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency 
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person 
  • Prepare quotes and check stock availability 
  • Liaise with production teams and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery 
  • Raise invoices, maintain records, and manage filing systems 
  • Provide daily updates on orders and quotations 
  • Welcome visitors and assist with general office administration 

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a sales office, administration, or customer service environment 
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing 
  • Is confident using Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Thrives under pressure and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team 
  • Pays excellent attention to detail and maintains accuracy in all tasks 
  • Is eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes 

Desirable: Experience with sales order processing, interpreting technical information, or working within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
