Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Advisor

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: Up to £26,600 plus commission 

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 

Our client based in Stoke-on-Trent are looking to recruit a Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team and handle customer orders.

Key responsibilities as a Sales and Customer Service Advisor include:

• Handling inbound customers’ orders through the website.
• Communicating with customers professionally and efficiently.
• Speaking to customers on a daily basis.
• Talking through online orders and specifications with customers.
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
• Taking inbound telephone calls and actioning accordingly.
• Completing general customer service and sales duties.
• Working towards targets and KPI’s.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.

Desired skills as a  Sales and Customer Service Advisor:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
