Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our client's Sales team and provide outstanding Customer support across a range of sales and administration tasks. Working within the supportive sales team, you will take inbound calls from potential customers, understand their needs and provide them with a tailored solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all sales enquiries, ensuring you fully understand their requirements and be compassionate to their needs.
- Nurture relationships, recording all activities in their CRM system
- Schedule jobs in engineers calendars ensuring efficiency and attention to detail
- Report on quality of leads, updating the marketing team with results of the marketing strategy
- Provide outstanding customer service and aftersales support
- Creating custom quotations
- Digitally savvy and ability to manage multiple systems
