Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers who have made enquiries via the website, discussing their needs and supporting them in finding the right product (no cold calling)
  • Follow up on leads generated through the website and ensure all enquiries are managed effectively
  • Maintain the CRM system accurately, keeping customer information up to date
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and bookings
  • Deliver a high level of service and provide a professional, helpful experience for every customer

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Previous experience in a similar role or within a customer-facing environment
  • Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service
