Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours, 8/4 or 9/5)
Salary:
£27,000 per annum + attractive bonus scheme (OTE £34,200)

Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers who have made enquiries via the website, discussing their needs and supporting them in finding the right product (no cold calling)
- Follow up on leads generated through the website and ensure all enquiries are managed effectively
- Maintain the CRM system accurately, keeping customer information up to date
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and bookings
- Deliver a high level of service and provide a professional, helpful experience for every customer
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with people at all levels
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a customer-facing environment
- Motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service
