Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
Salary: Up to £28,000 p/a

Are you a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with numbers and supporting a busy team? We’re seeking a Sales Ledger Administrator to join a friendly and professional team in the Crewe area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within a supportive business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reconcile and check invoiced figures against the Sage system to ensure accuracy
  • Produce daily and monthly financial reports for management review using Excel
  • Support the development and rollout of new systems, including training colleagues
  • Raise and manage invoices for customers promptly and efficiently
  • Assist with general office duties, including answering calls, filing, and administrative tasks
  • Provide cover for other administrative roles during holiday periods
  • Take on any other duties as required to support the team and business

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Sage is helpful but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and team-focused mindset
